Important - Early Collection Requests
If your skip is full and ready to collect before your pre-booked collection date, please allow time for this to be collected. During busy periods early collections may take 3-5 working days.
Important - Requesting a Skip Hire Extension
If you'd like to request a change to the collection date, we can only do this with a minimum 24 hour notice during working hours and if stock levels permit this. During peak periods, it may not be possible to extend your hire or change your collection date. If your collection is booked for tomorrow or the next working day and it's outside of office hours (9am-5pm), we may not be able to cancel the collection in time. If we're successful in cancelling the collection, we'll send you an email to confirm. If the collection is rejected when the driver is at your property, this will incur a wasted journey charge. Changes to collection dates beyond 30 days of your delivery date may incur an extended hire cost.
Important - your skip hire has not been extended until a new date has explicitly been confirmed via email.
Booking an Exchange
The process is quick and easy to book another skip. Simply click
to order a new skip. On the checkout page, it's important to enter "THIS IS AN EXCHANGE" into the order notes. If you require a different size skip to your original order, please also state "THIS IS A DIFFERENT SIZE". Some size skips are stocked at a different depot, so we may need to collect the skip separately and could take slightly longer. We'll let you know if this is the case after booking.
