How long can I have a skip?
Our general rule for all customers is 4 weeks from your delivery date, this can be pre-booked online at the time of your order. However, if you need the skip for a longer period of time, simply give us a call and we will do our best to arrange this for you.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No! We want to work with our customers to provide them with the most efficient service possible. As long as your driveway is clear of obstructions and accessible to our truck drivers, we can deliver the skip to your address. Please try to make us aware beforehand if you don’t think you’ll be in during your time slot.
Do I need to have a driveway?
We can deliver the skip to anywhere that has clear access and a 3 meter clearance distance once set down. If you don’t have a private driveway to use, it’s not an issue! We can obtain a permit from your local council, which means the skip can be kept on a public road for a specified amount of time.

How should I fill the skip?
We recommend to all customers begin with large bulky items at the bottom of the skip, then proceed with smaller items to fill the gaps. All items that can be broken down or taken apart should be in order to save space (furniture and boxes). Remember not to fill your skip past the level line as this can land you with wasted journey fees if it is unsafe to load the skip onto the truck at the time of collection.
