COVID-19 Update – 12th March 21 – Remaining Operational

Following the recent Government announcement, the nation is on a full lockdown. Waste management is considered a key service and as such, we are able to continue operating during this period in all areas regardless of tiers. Although many skip companies shut down during the lockdown in March last year, we quickly made the necessary adjustments to our service to ensure we could remain operational and these measures have strictly remained in place since. This includes necessary training, PPE and support for both drivers and internal workers.

We are continuing to operate on a near normal service, although we do expect a large spike in demand over this period, reflecting on the increase in orders during the March 20 lockdown. As such, our team are working tirelessly to ensure that deliveries and collections remain on time, however we are working with a reduced number of drivers on the roads and our customer service team are seeing a large spike in call volumes. We politely ask you to remain patient with regards to deliveries and collections as we work through this difficult period.

Where possible, please utilise our website to place orders and collection requests/changes. You can place an order by entering your postcode on the homepage or request a collection date change here.

Social distancing is in place to protect our drivers and customers during deliveries and collections. When placing an order, if you have any specific directions on skip placement, please include these in the Delivery Notes box. If the driver is unsure on arrival, they will call you on your provided phone number.

If you’d like to book an exchange on your skip, please click here and choose the Exchange option on checkout.

Thank you for your co-operation. Stay safe!
